Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies®, is the largest property management firm based in central Virginia. In 1972, we began managing student apartments near U.Va. in Charlottesville. We now manage a wide variety of multi-family and single family homes and communities, as well as commercial buildings and developments, in Virginia and North Carolina.

The MSC story is all about PEOPLE. People like Doug Caton, the company's founder and chairman. Doug built the company by finding people who shared his core values, the same values that defined him as a soldier, a banker and a real estate professional. Following Doug's vision, this small group created what is today a full-service real estate organization dedicated to providing their customers with an excellent value for their money.
