Internet Marketing Manager - MSC
Charlottesville, VA - Full-Time Position

Essential Job Functions for this position include:
Assist in the development and implementation of internet marketing strategies for all Caton Company websites to maximize SEO, lead generation, functionality and conversion
Responsible for working as a member of the Regional team to help improve/enhance marketing campaigns, both internal and external, in the areas of mass e-mail, online assets and social media by analyzing data and keeping up with social media trends

Minimum Job Requirements:
Qualified candidate should be creative yet an analytical thinker skilled in both Marketing and Technology with a thorough understanding of how to bridge the two
Two to five years of experience within a Marketing department
Minimum of two years as a Project Coordinator or Manager
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience running online campaigns in Facebook
Understanding of online marketing tactics (including Twitter, LinkedIn, Craig's List, SEO, SEM and Google AdWords)
Proficient writer with attention to detail
Real estate experience or experience working with a college aged market preferred
Experience with mass emailing tools (i.e. Constant Contact, Mail Chip, etc.)
Experience with Google Analytics, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite and Hootsuite
