Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is the largest property management firm based in central Virginia. In 1972, we began managing student apartments near U.Va. in Charlottesville. We now manage a wide variety of multi-family and single family homes and communities, as well as commercial buildings and developments, in Virginia and North Carolina.
